Overview
Designed and developed the official website for Sunbird Straws, a sustainable brand creating the world's first drinking straws made from naturally dried coconut leaves. The website was built to showcase the brand's eco-friendly mission, products, and online shopping experience.
01The problem
Sunbird Straws needed a website that clearly communicated its sustainability mission while providing a seamless shopping experience. The challenge was to present the brand's innovative eco-friendly products in a way that built trust, educated visitors, and encouraged conversions through a clean, modern, and easy-to-navigate interface.
02What I did
I designed the website interface, developed the site in WordPress using Elementor, built the WooCommerce store, optimized the user journey, ensured responsive performance across devices, and maintained visual consistency throughout the website.
03How it was made
The website was designed with a user-first approach, beginning with wireframes and visual layouts before being developed in WordPress using Elementor and WooCommerce. Clean typography, natural color tones, optimized imagery, and performance-focused design were combined to deliver a fast, responsive, and scalable website that effectively communicates the brand's mission.
04Result
The final website successfully established a strong digital presence for Sunbird Straws by combining modern design with a smooth user experience. It effectively showcases the brand's products, communicates its sustainability message, and provides a responsive, user-friendly e-commerce platform that supports customer engagement and online sales.
